What happens when my goods arrive at the destination?

Commercial shipments will require local Customs Clearance on arrival - we can guide you through this process and arrange a local Agent to assist with the clearance. Once cleared, goods can can either be left at the port of arrival for your buyer to arrange and collection or we can arrange for your goods to be delivered to the destination of your choice.

Personal shipments are generally fully Customs Cleared so they are ready to be delivered directly to your new home. In some countries it is possible to leave your shipment at the port for you to collect yourself – please check with one of our shipping team if this fits your plans better.
